ITA EVO original sensors deliver continuous, real-time data accuracy throughout the entire tipping cycle. At every single degree of body inclination. No gaps, no approximations.
The system provides accurate detection of the remaining load on the cylinder and vehicle inclinations, instantly alerting the operator if any value exceeds the safety limits.
The potential of this type of sensor is far greater: beyond measuring the tilt of a tipping body, it can also measure the inertia of movements, detecting the risk of an accident before the point of no return is reached.

Beyond standard monitoring, the system provides real-time cylinder extraction speed while seamlessly integrating critical safety metrics: S1 and S2 tracks tipping limits, S3 monitors cylinder load via pressure measurement, and difference between S0 and SU1-SU2 measures the truck’s tilt angle.
